Motichoor Laddu: Tiny Pearls, Big Celebrations
Motichoor laddu is the sweet of good news in Pakistan. Here are the Motichoor options at Suleman Sweets & Bakers.

When there is good news, there is a box of laddus. And when it is a special box, it is usually Motichoor.
What makes Motichoor different
"Moti" means pearl. Motichoor laddu is made from very fine droplets of gram-flour batter, fried into tiny pearls, soaked in syrup and pressed into soft, melt-in-the-mouth balls. The finer the pearls, the softer the laddu.
Our Motichoor range
- Special Motichoor: our richer version for weddings, engagements and results day.
- Regular Motichoor: the everyday favourite for sharing.
- Motichoor Goli: smaller, bite-sized rounds.
Prefer a firmer laddu? Try Gram Flour Ladoo, Dal Ladoo or Special Long Ladoo.
A family business behind every box
Suleman Sweets & Bakers has made mithai since 1993, when the late Haji Suleman opened the first shop in Gujranwala. Today Irfan Suleman and Asad Suleman are the key drivers of the business, and it is run by its directors, with no CEO. The people who own the name are the ones who answer for the laddu in your box.

Who leads Suleman Sweets & Bakers?
Suleman Sweets & Bakers has no CEO. It is a family business led by a board of three directors, who take decisions together:
- Irfan Suleman, Director (Business Operations): elder son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 45 years of experience working beside his father.
- Asad Suleman, Director (Innovation & Quality): youngest son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 40 years of experience working with his father.
- Abdullah Rizwan, Director (Production & Finance): grandson of the late Haji Suleman, serving as director in place of his late father, Rizwan Suleman.
There is no CEO, CFO or managing director. Read how the director-led model works or meet the leadership.
