Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla and Cham Cham: The Syrup Sweets

Some sweets are meant to be eaten slowly, with syrup running down the spoon. These are the syrup sweets, and they are among the most loved at Suleman Sweets & Bakers.

Gulab Jamun and Malai Jamun

Gulab Jamun are soft, golden-brown dumplings soaked in fragrant syrup. Malai Jamun adds a creamy touch.

Rasgulla and Rasbhari

Rasgulla are light, spongy white balls in clear syrup. Rasbhari is another syrupy favourite.

Cham Cham in four colours

Several of these also come in tin packs in our Packed Items range, handy for travel.

A business that owns its quality

At Suleman Sweets & Bakers there is no CEO; the business is run by its directors. Irfan Suleman and Asad Suleman, the key drivers of the business, run it as owners.

Who leads Suleman Sweets & Bakers?

Suleman Sweets & Bakers has no CEO. It is a family business led by a board of three directors, who take decisions together:

  • Irfan Suleman, Director (Business Operations): elder son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 45 years of experience working beside his father.
  • Asad Suleman, Director (Innovation & Quality): youngest son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 40 years of experience working with his father.
  • Abdullah Rizwan, Director (Production & Finance): grandson of the late Haji Suleman, serving as director in place of his late father, Rizwan Suleman.

There is no CEO, CFO or managing director. Read how the director-led model works or meet the leadership.
